Has anyone had any issues with their .au file not appearing when publishing? I have uninstalled and reinstalled Studio Pro twice and it doesn't seem to resolve the issue.
Also, can you let me know if you are getting the CRS, CST and DES files as well as the index_lms.html files?
Can you also let me know what the specific steps you are taking when you publish? Are you zipping it, emailing it, doing anything beyond publishing it for LMS and AICC?
I do not have the .au file in that folder. I do have all the rest of them. When I publish I am only clicking on the publish button and then copying the files over to a folder that stores all of the articulate files we create. When I publish the .au file is not there.
Right click it and run as an administrator. It will probably ask you to perform an upgrade or simply select Reinstall. When the reinstall completes see if that file is there.
i'm not sure what you mean by "run as an administrator". i have installed it through this link several times. i put in my email address and info and it asks for my serial number, which I then enter and install.
After entering your information you should be prompted to run or save the file. Save the installer to your desktop. Then you would right click the file and select Run as Administrator.
I would also disable any antivirus programs you are using when installing the software to make sure that isn't impacting the install.

Hi Leslie and welcome to Heroes! Can you check this location to see if the file exists on your computer?
C:\Program Files (x86)\Articulate\Presenter\players\template_aicc
or
C:\Program Files\Articulate\Presenter\players\template_aicc

Can you try downloading the latest version to your desktop:
