Audio files are unique for each page, but when published the same file plays on every page.

I had separate audio recorded for each page of our 35 page module, but when the file is published the same audio appears on every page.

 

How do I ensure that the correct audio file is played on the correct page?

Hi there Erika!

That definitely doesn't sound right, so I'm glad you reached out to us! 

First, are you on the latest update of Presenter 360? To check, click the Articulate tab, then Help and Support, then click About Articulate Presenter. You should see 8.17.16188.0 in the bottom-right corner. 

Let me know if you're already on the latest update, and we'll keep digging!
