I've narrated a presentation and it worked fine. But now the audio has shifted on a few slides when previewing and published. This took forever to narrate and I don't have time to do this again. How can i fix this?
Hi there Juan. When you open the Audio Editor in Presenter, do the slide markers fall in the right place during the narration?
Let me know if it appears right in editing, but still not working in Preview. With your permission, I can have a look at your files to investigate what's happening. You can share them publicly here, or send them to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete them when I'm done troubleshooting.
So i looked at it again this morning. decided to reboot my and the shift had corrected itself. Now the problem i'm having is after publishing the sound has disappeared on my slides. Luckily i made a copy.
