Hello, I have added audio files to my Articulate Presenter presentation, and each time I close the file and reopen it, the audio files are lost. I have made sure they are not pulled from a network drive, they are right off of my computer. I also have the most updated version.
Can you help in any way? As you can imagine, this is very frustrating. The animations remain synced, but the audio continues to be deleted.
