Sorry you're running into that trouble, Troy! There are a couple of reasons why the audio files could have gone missing. Take a look at the scenarios in this article, and let me know if anything there solves the issue.

You also mentioned that you're seeing a message telling you to reboot your system. Is that a Presenter error message or a Windows error message? If you could share a screenshot of the error, that would be really helpful!
