Problem Recording Audio

I just moved to a new computer (Lenovo X1 Carbon) and reloaded and re-activated Articulate Studio 13; however, I have not been able to get audio recording to work.  When I click on the Record Narration button, the function starts to load, with the audio recording window partially showing, but then it freezes and locks up everything.  Eventually I have had to reboot the computer to close down the audio recording function as well as PowerPoint.

Any suggestions?

Please take an opportunity to review this information for instances when you are Unable to Record Audio, and let us know if you see improvement. If issues persist, please double check this information on Unexpected or Erratic Behavior in Studio '13, and if need be, we can put you in touch with our Support Engineers for further assistance.
