Best Practices

Hey Gang!

I was wondering if, for Presenter, we had a document of best practices.  Which animations and other features in power point are most compatible with Presenter. I know the rules in my head from years of doing it, but somewhere there must be a list of dos and donts to give to our new people here who are just learning.
