Blank screens

Hi, I hope you can help me.

I am very new to Articulate and have just put together my first project mainly made up of very simple engage slides, to be used as a demonstration for a potential client.

I have reviewed the project through presenter and all is fine. However, when I publish it the third slide is completely blank and I cannot continue. I have tried deleting the slide and re-entering it but I am still getting the same problem. This slide consists of a jpeg image with three basic text interactions on it.

I have also noticed that slide 6 is also blank and have repeated the same as above. This is also a very basic slide with similar to the above.

I am using PPT 2010 (32bit) and have the latest flash player installed.

Can you help please?
