Blank slides after unpackaging

Hello, I am working on a project that needs to be packaged and sent to a LIMS system off-site. The project is fine until it is packaged, sent, unpackaged and then re-opened offsite. Once the project is run off-site there are slides that are blank with no audio. All slides with this issue were built in Flash and imported into Presenter. I am working with the latest version of Flash - 11.1.102.55 along with Presenter '09. Ther are 20 pages in the presentation. Pages 1 - 6, 11, 12, 17 - 20 are fine. Pages 7 - 10 and 13 - 16 show blank with no audio. I rebuilt the presentation from a blank PowerPoint, but still have this issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you're sure that you have extracted or unzipped the file versus merely opening it, and are still having issues, I'd recommend sending us the files so we can take a closer look. If you'd like to do that, please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:
