Typically when your fonts are blurry it means that Presenter converted the text as a raster object rather than a vector object. This typically happens if you apply formatting to the text box. One possible solution would be to insert a new, plain text box on top of the original object and put the text there. You could also save the object as a picture and reinsert it. You could also remove any formatting applied to the original text box and see if that resolves your issue.
