What element of the resume feature is not working for you? Also, are you talking about upgrading the files from Presenter 09 to 13 - or using one of the updates to Studio 13? You'll want to ensure you're on the most recent update of Studio 13.
Also, a change with Presenter 13 from 09 is that now Presenter will control the resume of Quizmaker/Engage elements as detailed here.
