I have received several calls from individuals using home computers that are completing the lessons, but rather than the LMS receiving the message to complete, the lessons are remaining incomplete. One person indicated they had a browser incompatibility issue? Has anyone else encountered this?
I have asked the two individuals to let me know. Both occurred while I was out of town, so I am playing catch up with the details. I am currently using Presenter'09. Just thought I would check if there were any known problems with any of the popular browsers?
Yes, we identified an issue with Presenter '09's compatibility with Internet Explorer 10, and as a result, released Update 9 which fixed the compatibility issues and improved overall performance with IE 10.

Any idea which browsers the reporting individuals are using?
If it's IE 10, and you haven't already done so, you'll want to be sure to update to our most recent version of Presenter - Update 9.
