Browser Question

Good day!
I'm a new user and I have difficulties with a published presentation while running it on Chrome and Firefox; I seem to have no difficulty with IE.
I have embedded links leading to another presentation and a couple leading to websites (YouTube and microsoft.com). When using IE, these open in another window. In short, it works perfectly.
When using Chrome, I am able to "see" and click the links but nothing happens. Firefox sometimes lets me open the links in a new window, more often in the same.
I have shortened the URLs using bit.ly and the element linked is a 99% transparent shape over the text.
Any idea what's causing these? Thanks!

Hi, Chris -
Is this testing locally or from a Web host?
Hello Steve,
Testing locally.
Thanks!
I have just uploaded the entire module on the server and it still behaves the same way.
Any thoughts anyone? Thanks!
Hello Chris,
i am also facing same problem..
Hi Ravindra! Tsk. So it's not an isolated issue after all...
Does anyone here have an idea why this is so? Please?
Hi guys
Sorry for the trouble. We've identified some issues with Chrome recently, but if you're able, we'd still like to see your project files so we can take a closer look at what's happening. You can open a support case here, and you'll be able to attach the .story file from that link. Thanks for your help!
Thanks replying Peter!
I am not using Storyline though; I'm currently using Presenter '09. Is the issue the same?
Hi Chris
Right, the Chrome bug would affect all Articulate content the same way. Feel free to open a ticket with our support team if you'd like us to help confirm what the issue may be. Thanks!
