Bug Presenter'09 - Blue shapes (default shapes) after publish

When I publish my project, some ".Png" images fill the transparent space with the default powerpoint shape.
Bug image (on the left side after publishing and on the right side in Presenter'09 preview):
I am using power point 2010 (as it is compatible with my version of Presenter'09)

Thank you for sharing those screenshots of what is taking place. How is the file being published? Is this how the course is displaying on your LMS?
If possible, could you share your file in this thread here and use the Add Attachment button to upload the file? Alternatively, you could also send the file privately to our Support Engineers for further troubleshooting. Either way, we'll let you know our findings and will delete it after having a closer look.
