I have an urgent problem where the formatting of my slides goes wrong after I publish in Articulate Presenter with PowerPoint 2010 (32-bit version). The same slides worked perfectly with PowerPoint 2007. The size of my pictures and the positions of my text contents just shifted up after I click publish. Could you advise what has possibly gone wrong?
Can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing? Also, any additional information about the images and text would be helpful for troubleshooting. Thanks!
Thanks for your reply. Please see below for the screen shots. The first one is the wrong formatting after being published. The second one is with the right formatting. The contents and picture somehow just shifted.
Can you try replacing the images and text boxes using Paste Special to see if they'll publish properly? This can be done by right-clicking the objects and selecting copy, and then using the Paste Special option from PowerPoint and selecting the desired image format (.jpg, .png, .emf or .gif). Let us know if that does the trick...
