A client of mine asked for help. They have the scorm pubished files for a course (articulate 09), when you launch, the content is too zoomed in and you cannot see any controls so you cannot navigate. If I had the original files, I would re-publish it and change a setting to make the course fit into the window. Without the original .ppta file is there anything I can do to help them?

I'm not sure if there is a way to do so, but Articulate would not support the manipulation of the published output.
