Can Resource Links open in a new browser in Presenter '13?

Are you adding the resources as described here? You're right, I don't see an option that tells the link to open in a new browser, but I also don't see that option within Presenter 09's attachment tab set up.  

My client is asking for the attachment to open in a new window as described here for Storyline.  Any chance this can also be included in Presenter 13?

Presenter '13 doesn't have the same options for adding in files and links as Storyline does, so the resource option here you can't choose how the files will open. You may find acceptable results using modifications that you see in the forums for ways to change the code, but those settings are not something our team can assist with.
