I just recented downloaded the latest Presenter 13 updates and now I can't access any of my features, i.e., Import Audio, Sync Animations, etc. Is anyone aware of issues related to my dilemma?
It sounds like something may have occurred during your install, so you'll want to follow all the steps outlined here to repair your installation of Presenter.
I have submitted three help tickets to Articulate Support and have heard from no one. We need assistance here - how can we get someone to respond? No emails and I have checked my junk folder - nothing.
I just popped in to check and I do not see any case submissions for you, assuming you are utilizing the same name as displayed here. If you have a case number, I would be glad to take a look.
Based on the image that you shared here, you are working with Storyline and not Presenter and I was unclear of the issue until I saw your post here and Wendy seems to be assisting you.

Ashley - reinstalling Studio13 brought be back to a working copy.
