Suddenly, Presenter '09 won't let me preview a project or open Engage interactions. Short of uninstalling and reinstalling the suite I'm stumped. Any ideas?
Is your Articulate menu missing altogether? And there are some additional things you can check here. Let us know, and any more details would be helpful, too. Thanks!
Any luck yet? I most recently had the same issue - notably following a Microsoft update. I pulled back my operating system to the version prior to the updates, ran a "Repair" on my Microsoft Office, and poof! All well and good. Let us know what you come up with?
