I have an issue where an upgraded PowerPoint that was designed most likely in Presenter '13 and upgraded to Presenter 360 does not implement font formatting in either Engage interactions or quizzes. Such formatting displays well in all slides, but it does not reflect bold or font choice when Engage interactions or quizzes are played from within the player. I tried changing player font for these Engage interactions or quizzes, to no avail. This matter shows in preview and in published presentations as well. I attach a screenshot of a preview, where the formatted text in notes is Calibri, while the preview section shows Arial and is not reflecting the choice of bold text for headings.
Thanks for reaching out to share your findings and that screenshot with us. I've seen an issue reported where the font size was smaller, but it looks like you're seeing something a bit different.
I did a quick test and I'm seeing similar behavior, even with projects newly created in Engage 360/Presenter 360.
I will be sharing my example and this thread as we continue investigating. I will be sure to update you here when I can. I am not aware of a workaround at this time.
