Recently had my laptop rebuilt due to a virus: Finally got Articulate reinstalled and reregistered yesterday. Today when I try to preview any project, I get the error message "This Program cannot display the webpage." I am connected to the Internet via vpn from my home office, Using Articulate Studio 09, Microsoft XP, MS Office 2003. Any ideas about what's up? What do I try?
Sorry to hear about the computer issues lately. Glad you've almost got things back to normal. You may encounter the following message when you preview an Articulate Presenter '09 presentation:
"This program cannot display the webpage"

So unfortunately, you may have to uninstall and reinstall your Articulate software one more time, but you'll be up-and-running soon. Let me know if that does the trick. Good luck!
