We are using client network and our full version gets deactivated and gets to trail version whenever we reboot our systems. Can we bind articulate activation code to physical MACID.
It's not possible to bind a mac address to an activation. Because the Articulate activation requires the system hardware to be the same, if a component changes or maybe in your case the mac address changes when rebooting, the Articulate applications will automatically deactivate. We hope you understand this is a security measure built into the software to help prevent license abuse like creating a ghost image and using this image unlimited times.
Please get your IT department involved and find out why the mac address is changing. If this is because you are using a virtual nic or VPN client based scenario, please contact our sales department and ask about an Enterprise license.
