Missing activation code

I am currently working with an organization that is a licensed Articulate user.

Unfortunately due to the employee that handled/used Articulate leaving and machines being reconfigured they seem to have lost their activation code.

Is there some way to find the activation code? Can I get it from someone at Articulate?

Hi Brian,

Activation codes are unique codes that are generated for each individual machine and serial number and expire after 7 days. Please submit a support case to us so that we can help you with your issue:

I guess I was referring to serial numbers. I think they may have found the numbers on file somewhere. I will wait to see if all is ok and submit a case if they are still in the soup next week.
