Studio 13 after months of running withiut an issue, asked for Serial No. My serial number was rejected and manual activation was suggested. I have received activation codes from Articulate and I get the same message "Activation code entered is not valid". I have tried unistall/reinstall with no success.
I see you and Sam from our Support team had been in touch about this, and I don't see if you reached back out - but I will reopen your case and escalate it so that we can take a deeper look at what could be happening.

After two re-installs the issue vanished.

At long last, I am trying to uninstall Articulate 13 before migrating a Windows 7 to Windows 10
I found the windows 7 unintall instructions on the web
But Artculate does not show up in the Control Panel Programs and Feastures list, or even in Revo UnInstaller which I use
What do I do please to get able to uninstall this
