Error in Activating Articulate Studio

I have Articulate Studio '13 and Replay '13 on my laptop. I recently switched to a Surface Pro with Windows 10, but when I tested Articulate after the switch there weren't any issues with it. A couple weeks ago, I got the serial number activation screen Articulate normally sends after an update. However when I tried to activate my license again, I received an error message saying that they could not process my activation and to try manual activation.
I've tried going through the steps to activate manually, but I get error messages saying that the manual activation failed and that the manual activation number is invalid. I have an Articulate project due in the next week, and since these messages pop up every time I open powerpoint, they're making it difficult for me to use powerpoint as well. Is there a way for me to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
