Studio 13 does'nt work after activation

Bought my serial to activate on Tuesday and did the activation today. But Studio don't work any longer (before activation there was no problem with the test version). Now Powerpoint 2013 crashes after klick on the articulate menu and if I start Preseneter or another program from the suite I've been asked for download the FLASH Player 10 or higher. But my system is running the latest FLASH Player so I didn't understand what happened. I downloaded it again and looked for further potential problems - today I've spent 4 hours in looking for problems instead of doing my job, so I lost 1/2 day income today and so I am very angry that articulate does'nt work because I spent 1400 Dollars for a big bug, lost 500 Euros income - and now I cannot use the studio. Any ideas?

Hi Dietmar! Sorry to hear that you are having difficulty. Normally I would advise a repair for what you are describing, but in addition, it sounds as if you may not have the latest update.

So, I would advise that you download the latest update here, which should repair your install as well.

Hi Dietmar! Glad to hear that it is now working for you. My suspicion is that you had the trial downloaded prior to the Flash 16 update.

Adobe released Flash Player 16 on December 9, 2014 and, as a result, Articulate Presenter would not operate.  This was corrected in the update that I shared and that you mentioned worked for you.

Hi Daniel!

I'm not sure that I'm following. You are utilizing the latest update and you are still getting the error reported here? You stated that you had Articulate running, but the update won't operate?

So are you having trouble downloading the update or receiving an error?

So now it's running - sometimes - because not very stable, means: a lot of crashes, though the platform, a new notebook,  have ben used now for about 40 days and as main applications only articulate and office are running on it - no trashes. After some days working with it I must say: I hate this software, because it seems that it is not very ready for production and the users are misused as test persons.

I reinstalled the software and it is now working beautifully. Scary because
I was under a deadline pressure, but it was that Adobe Flash 16 not
installing correctly that caused my problem.
