I cannot get the presenter to show up in the presenter panel. It was there, and now it's not. FRUSTRATED! All i did was swap out the image. Also, when in go to the slide level, because I don't want some of my slides to show the presenter, I have the list of old images that I deleted out. When I go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Articulate\Presenter\objects I see the one and only image I want there. But it will not populate the Presenter panel. Help.

Hi Karen,
It sounds like you may have a permission issue that is causing problems. Can you please try the following?
1. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\, right click the Articulate folder, and choose Properties
2. Select the Security tab
3. For each Group or user name, click on the Edit button & set Full Control to Allow
4. Rinse and repeat for each group or user name
5. Click Apply & OK to exit the Articulate Properties window
Reopen PowerPoint and try to replicate the issue. If you continue to have problems, please let me know.
