I have imported my ppt slides in Presenter, but cannot hear the audio. These are slides that were recorded with the Slide Show > Record Slide Show. I'm using Power Point 2010.
Appreciate if anyone can tell me how to make this work. Btw, I'm new to Articulate, so I might be missing something very basic.

I'm happy to help! First, which version of Presenter are you using?
Next, are you hearing other audio files play as expected? Or is it just this one embedded audio file?
Lastly, does the audio play outside of Presenter?
