Case #00263818 Pathlore can't import

I turned this case # in to Articulate support and uploaded the zip file I created. Articulate support said it imports OK into the SCORM TESTTrack so it must be a problem with Pathlore. Our Pathlore administrator says when she tries to import, she gets a message that the files are missing or corrupted so it must be a problem with Articulate. Have any other users experienced this and do you have any idea what the solution might be? We are running Pathlore 6.7, Java 6 update 22, Windows XP with 4GB RAM. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Test it yourself on scormcloud, I would be happy to try it on moodle for you, what files does it say are missing?
When she tries to import, it just says "Missing or corrupt files". There is no indication of which files. I believe I have exported it correctly since it was tested and passed on Scorm TestTrack. I was just hoping someone might know what the problem might be. Thanks for your response.
