In my Articulate Presenter file, I am adding videos captured using Peek. I upload the Presenter file to SharePoint so my team can work on adding the narration.
When the team member downloads and opens the Presenter file, they are unable to view/play the video files in Narration timeline. They tried adding the Peek videos shared by me to their local drive (within the Peek folder). However, that does not work.
In the project, one person will record the videos in Peek, embed them in Presenter. Then pass on to the next person for narration.
Why are the videos getting removed / not playing on sharing?
Thanks for answering. I share both PPT and PPTA (presenter) files with the team. They download both the files to their local PC and open the PPTA file. Still the videos added from Presenter do not appear under Narration > Slide Video
You should do as Ron suggest, an they should hare a package back with you. presenter is not really designed to be worked on by multiple people at the same time

Are you creating an articulate package when you share the files? Sharing the PPT file only will not work for anything of Presenter elements.
