Are you inserting a Flash video, or a different format (MP4, etc.)?
If you're inserting a video, other than Flash from the Presenter ribbon, you'll need to insert it again to adjust the properties. If you insert through PowerPoint, however, you will be able to select the video and modify the properties through the "Playback" tab.
If you'd like to see additional options for video properties in Presenter '13, please let our development team know by submitting a feature request.
When I load the video via PowerPoint the animation controls do not seem to work in Articulate. I sync the start on click, but it does not work in the preview. The video does not play unless it is set to start automatically.
If you'd like, you're welcome to send it to me, or you can send it over to our support team for testing. All files sent to us will remain confidential. Just let me know if you do send it over, and share any case numbers, so I can take a look.
If you would still rather not share it, do you have one that would be OK to share that's resulting in the same issues?

Jim,
Can you tell me what type/format of video you're using please?
If the video's not too large, it would be great if you could attach it to this thread, so I can test it on my end.
Thank you!
I am using a small .mp4 file.
I cannot share it publicly.
Hi Jim,
No problem, I completely understand :)
