I have read most of the posts on how to get the Chinese characters to display in the slides and that has worked. The only problem I can reslove is how to get the slide titles to appear correctly in the outline tab once the lesson is published.
Is there anyway for me to ungarble the Navigation Titles?
Have you checked to make sure that the option to publish to “Non-western” fonts is selected in the Presentation Options of Articulate Presenter? Another tip when publishing to Chinese and you are finding that your font is not converting correctly, is to try using the Arial Unicode MS font instead.
I had switched to non western font and I'm using SinSun true type font and changed my PCs regional settings.
But I did figure it out, in Slide Properties it was pulling the slide tiltes as a western font so it was comming up garbled so I copied and pasted the slide titles into a word file and then copied and pasted them in to the Navigation Titles in Slide Properties and that corrected the issue.

You can learn a few more tips for publishing in foreign languages here. Hope that's helpful!
