Constant error report in some documents but not others

The PowerPoint slide show in which I am interested in using the features of Studio 360, I am constantly prompted with a pop-up window 'Articulate Presenter Error Report'. When I try using the features in a different slide show, no problems arise.

I thought it might be due to the slide show already containing speak. I removed the speak, saved as a new version, and tried again - unfortunately with the same result.

How can I fix this problem, so I will not have to create my slides all over again?

Hi Christina,

Is this a Presenter course you made or one you're trying to use from the Articulate website? I'd first start by confirming you're following along with the best practices here.  And then I'd look at repairing Studio 360. 

Let us know if you're still having difficulty after that. If so, we'll want to take a look at your Presenter package.
