Course freezes for only some users

We have a course created with Articulate presenter. For only a few users, the course freezes at a certain point and doesn't allow the user to advance. One of the user has tried both Chrome: 11.8.800.170 and Internet Explorer: 11.8.800.175. Several others have completed the course without a freeze. The freezing users have tried closing and re-opening (with both resume and non-resume). Any idea what could be wrong with these select user's configurations?

Hi Jill,
The viewing requirements to Presenter are outlined here. You mentioned it happening at a certain point, is there something particular like a large video on that slide which could be causing these users to experience slow loading?
Thank you, Ashley. We will make sure that Flash is updated (though, I believe it is). No video on that slide either. It's just strange that it only happens to some users. Thanks again...
