Powerpoint crashes every time I try to click any button on my Articulate tab. Also, I have to allow it to to make changes to my computer every time I install it. P.S. This is a recent install, and I spent two weeks working with tech support to try to get this to work.
Hi Jeff! Sorry to hear that you are having difficulty. I took a look at your case and see where you were able to get Office 2013 and get the software working. The image that you are sharing seems to be a security setting on your computer. You should have the option to 'Always Allow' if you do not wish to see these pop-ups. Also, Articulate software must be installed with administrative privileges and that should eliminate that issue as well.
Have you done a repair of your software since successful install of Office? That is typically the solution for the issue that you are currently having.
You are always welcome to continue working with support on this issue since it has reared its head again.
I missed your subsequent response, but I've never seen that dialog box before when publishing. Are you having trouble with one project in particular or in a new project as well?
Oh no. Well, you are welcome to work with our support team here and perhaps they can get some logs from you to figure out what is going on unless you were just hoping for community assistance here in the forums.

When I click Publish, it starts running an unpacking sequence and then freezes, here is a screenshot.

Hi, it just crashes everytime I click a button in the Presenter Tab, regardless, of if it's a blank presentation or anything.
I would try the repair solution shared above to see if this alleviates your issue then.
