I am getting the following error every time I try to add an interaction from the ppt ribbon - An exception occurred while calling function "ArticulateInsert". The exception message is: Application.Run : Invalid request. Sub or function not defined.
I have tried reinstalling the latest build 10 studio '09 software, but this make no difference.
I am running Office 2013 on a 64 bit windows 8.1 machine.
I got an error message that my ribbon was disabled. Then I enabled it.
Now when I try to use Articulate with powerpoint i get the message 'An exception occurred while calling function "ARticulatePreview". The exception message is: Application.Run: Invalid request. Sub or function not defined.' I am using Office 2010.
I would recommend trying a repair of your software to see if this corrects the error. I'm not sure if you are utilizing Studio '09 as the previous user of this thread was or if you are using Studio '13, so I will attach both references below.
