When I publish, the end product has different output formatting/size on different browsers.
In Mozilla Fore fox the output is full screen and looks great, but in
Internet explorer its re-sized to be small with large margin at the top
and the bottom.
Is this a known fact or am I doing something wrong.
I have attached a screen capture when its re-sized with a large top and bottom margin.

Have you had a chance to set your preferences for browser window options in Player Templates -> Other?:

You may also want to check your different browsers' settings to see what kind of "new window" options have been applied there.
If you can only duplicate this issue in Internet Explorer, you might want to reset the browser to see if that helps.
