Just got a new pc and downloading presenter again today . Get a request to close any open Internet Explorer windows which I do and then press Retry to go into the installation wizard. However can't get past thies screen ? Any ideas ?
Hi James! Do you now have Windows 8? Just curious because that one can be tricky to have all applications closed properly. If you do, check your task manager to ensure that they are all closed. If not, or if this does not help, please contact support for further assistance.
