My SME has created a PPTA with several videos embedded. The PP is 10,937 KB and the Articulate file is 732,567 KB. When I publish the file and then review the Player, it's blank, nothing there. When I upload it into our LMS and try to play it, I get the message that the file can't be found.
I've published many modules the exact same way, so I'm thinking the file is too large. Does anyone have advice or information?
The file size does sound large, but I haven't heard of limits within Presenter. There may be a limit to your LMS though, you can always test it in SCORMCloud to see if it works there - and that will help us determine if it's the file or the LMS.
I'm not sure of the point of checking it in the cloud. When I publish it and save it on my C drive, it's blank in the html player, before I even upload it in our LMS, which would seem to me an issue with it being too large for Articulate. Am I wrong?

Thanks Becky, I misread your first post. Would you be able to share your Presenter files with us here? Here are directions on how to package your Presenter file. This way our team can take a look and determine if it's the file size or something else that is causing your player to be blank.
