I got an email today saying I needed to upgrade to a new version of Studio '13, and I didn't think about the fact that I am a Studio 360 subscriber. I installed it, and now I see I have Studio '13 instead of Studio 360. What is the best way to fix this?
I think I got it figured out. Uninstalled Studio '13 from the Windows Control Panel, uninstalled Studio 360 from the Articulate app, reinstalled Articulate 360 from the Articulate 360 app.
I'm guessing the email came because I had an Studio '13 license before buying Articulate 360.
Sorry for the confusion, Will! Glad you got yourself back up and running - as you're spot on that you can only have one version of Studio installed since it's a powerpoint add-on.
You are correct. You do not need to update your Studio '13 if you have Studio 360 installed. As Ashley mentioned above, you can only have one version installed.

So this update is not needed with Articulate 360?
