Reinstall Studio 13 Pro

Computer crash. tried to reinstall Studio '13 pro, Replay and Character bundles. I get a message saying that i have exceeded the number of activations allowed. yes, but I need to reinstall. Says to contact customer support which i have done via email however, if anyone else has ideas that would be great as I need to get this back up and running ASAP.

Hi Jo,
I took a look at your existing case. It looks like you've been helped and should be able to activate now. Were you able to get everything working?
