After embedding an Adobe Edge Animate into a Web Object in Articulate Presenter, we publish it to HTML5 / LMS SCORM 1.2 and upload it to our Moodle LMS.
While testing on an iPad or iPhone, Safari crashes when we get to the screen with Edge Animate. All other screens are fine, it's only the one with Edge Animate.
Has anyone had this issue or something similar? Any workarounds/solutions?
I'm not familiar with Adobe Edge Animate, but my first advice would be to test this content via SCORM Cloud and see if you experience the same results.
This will help you narrow down if it's the course or even perhaps an issue with your LMS.
i tried placing the adobe edge animation in articulate storyline 2, i got everything to work in the ipad. however, the edge animation did not play when trying to view the storyline project offline on the ipad.
