Embeding YouTube Video

I tried to embed a YouTube video in a PP 2010 slide and got the error: A video cannot be inserted from this embed code. Verify that the embed code is correct and then try again.

I copied the url directly from YouTube embed so I don't see why it would not work.

This is the url I tried to use:

<iframe width="420" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/wureAATyXuk" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen=""></iframe>

Hi Sara!

You may see this error message in any of the following scenarios:

"A video cannot be inserted from this embed code. Verify that the embed code is correct and then try again."

  • You're trying to add a YouTube video to your course.
  • Your embed code doesn't have width and height values.
  • Your embed code is malformed.
