I'm running Articulate presenter 13 -- when I click on the Engage button to load an engage file I created, the hour-glass blinks once or twice and then nothing....... Engage won't load for me to input the file into Presenter. (of course, I've tried the standard: shut everything down, load up, make sure all files are located on the local drive, etc., but still no luck. :(
Thanks for your prompt response. The ribbon all seems to behave as it should (i.e., I can insert audio, video, go into the slide properties, player, preview and publish, but both the Quizmaker and Engage Interaction buttons just 'lie down'). As I mentioned, the hour-glass blinks once or twice and then it stops trying. I get no error messages or textbox windows, or any feedback, other than an active powerpoint screen (It acts as though I didn't even try to click the quizmaker or engage button). This is the first time I've tried inserting an engage file since upgrading the '13. I'm currently at upgrade 4. It appears to me as though this issue is not just limited to this specific powerpoint deck and/or engage file. Even when I open a blank poweropint and click on the engage interaction button.... same response (nothing). But, of course, I can load Engage separately. It opens fine. Created a file within it with no problem -- same with the quizmaker. But now that I'm trying to insert them into a powerpoint -- no go :(
Any help you can provide would certainly be appreciated!

Sorry to hear that you are having difficulty and thanks for taking me through your troubleshooting thus far.
I assume that the Powerpoint ribbon seems to be working otherwise as well? Are you having trouble with all Engage files or just the one?
Sounds as if you may need to conduct a repair of your software.
