I've been having a battle of attrition trying to publish my pptx file to Articulate Online. When I try to publish, I watch closely to try to get an idea of what's going on, but the error comes up at different times so I'm not able to identify a specific slide that's causing havoc. It often compiles all slides then crashes.
I really need to get this published as there is a customer waiting on it. Any help?
Thanks for sharing your Powerpoint file here, but to test this out we'll need to take a look at the Presenter package which you can create following the directions here. Are you able to test out the manual publish as well? Or any other publishing methods to see if it's something specific to Articulate Online?
