Error Message

 Just used Articulate last week and earlier today. When we opened a new PowerPoint to record audio and animation we received the attached error message. Can someone please help? We have a deadline and our IT team is not helping.

Sorry to hear you've run into this! Hopefully we can get you up and running again before your deadline. Unfortunately I'm not able to open the picture you attached. Would you be able to include it in your reply to this thread by clicking the Insert an Image icon in the reply window?
