I have never seen this before. I received an error message when I clicked on "Record Narration." I am not the one that created the PPT so I don't know if that makes any difference. (They emailed it to me.) This is the error I received:
Compile error in hidden module: bConstantsAndAPIDeclarations. This error commonly occurs when code is incompatible with the version, platform, or architecture of this application.
Hi Sherri. Does this issue occur with any presentation now or just this specific one? If it is just this one, feel free to upload the Presenter package to us so we can take a closer look.
HI Sheri. You may not be using a compatible version of Office. Do you know if your version of Office was recently upgraded or were you able to record using the same version of Office you currently have?
My version of Office hasn't changed in awhile, and I have recorded successfully since then. I have recently cleared Cookies and other Internet options, would that have something to do with it?

It seems like there is some disconnect between my system/computer and Articulate. Nothing happens when I click on different Articulate options (Player Templates, Presentation Options, Publish) and then I get that same error message as above when I click on Record, Annotations, and Sync Animations.

I don't know what was going on with it but I uninstalled and installed it back and it seems to be working now!
