ERROR: 'The installed version of the application could not be determined.' error message prompt out when trying to install the studio pro latest update

hi,

i hit this error message when i try to update the latest update to make it support the latest flash player 16.

the link that i was trying to install from is : https://www.articulate.com/downloads/studio-13/ (get the zip version)

please also see the error message that i hit in the attachment.

Hi Laurel,

I just replied to your other thread too but if you're having diffculty installing the update, I'd suggest starting by looking into the steps here to go through uninstalling and ensure you're starting with a clean set up of Presenter '13 when you try to apply the update.
