Error with publishing

I am trying to re-publish a PowerPOint file with interactions. I get the following error message - can you help please

Hi Jackie!

I have seen this error occur with Studio '09 users when they downloaded '13 then went back to '09.

What version of Studio are you utilizing?

Yes I downloaded studo 13 but then realised my activation codes were for studio 09 so I thought I had uninstalled 13 and downloaded 09 again but seem to get the problem with presenter.I also just tried to open an old interaction in engage and get the same error. I now need to modify a project I was working on - how can I resolve this?

Hi Jackie! Thanks for the updated details. Unfortunately, if you created these in Studio '13, they are not reverse compatible to Studio '09.
