Exit button error

I have a course that have produced occasional feedback that the exit button does not return the learner to the point where they left off. Testing in SCORM Cloud, I have not been able to repeat the error - EVER, until today.
I went to the final exam, answered a few questions and then navigated back up into the content. I exited, launched the course again and was returned to the final exam, not the content screen I left off on.
I repeated the test a few more times and experienced the same results.
Desperate for a quick solution.

Sorry to hear that you're running into an issue with this.
I've seen this cause issue with your LMS if the completion requirement has been met and you can read more about that here.
The suspend data limit could also be the culprit, so you may want to take a look at this documentation as well.
